DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

To ensure delivery by Christmas please place your order by Tuesday 17th December. For regional or remote locations please place your order by Monday 16th December 2019.

Please note: Due to ongoing bushfires, Australia post deliveries have been impacted in the following post codes: 2050, 2329, 2330, 2323, 2325, 2440, 2429, 2250, 2536, 2539.

AmericanSwiss charges a flat rate of $10.00 for standard delivery and $15.00 for express delivery within Australia. However, if you register with us, all standard delivery orders over $100 within Australia will be delivered free of charge. (Please note that from time to time AmericanSwiss reserves the right to offer free delivery.)

Once dispatched, express orders can take from 1-3 business days and standard orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch orders to PO Boxes. For confirmation on estimated delivery times for your area, please refer to the Australia Post Network.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Our free Click & Collect service is available at participating AmericanSwiss stores within Australia. Simply select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery method and pay for your product via the website and within 1-3 business days your order will be waiting for you and your designated AmericanSwiss pick up location. To guarantee a safe delivery*, we recommend that you send your parcel to your place of work or an address that is attended during business hours. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left by the carrier and your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.

*Safe Delivery: Please remember to include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, American Swiss will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safedrop” for your delivery and waive our request for a signature, American Swiss will not be held liable for missing parcels.

ORDER TRACKING

AmericanSwiss uses Australia Post as our official carrier for all deliveries. Once your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include all tracking details relating to your order. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.

Please note that tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours. To follow the journey of your parcel, click here or login to the website to view the status of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS

Unfortunately, due to security and system restrictions, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Changes to colours and sizes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts, promo codes or gift cards
- Full order cancellations

Please ensure all of the order details provided are completed and accurate at the time of order placement.
